Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If delivery has already started, applicable delivery charges may remain payable where permitted.

Any additional cancellation rights required by Qatar law remain unaffected.

25. Refund & Return Policy

GGSTORE maintains a separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

For unwanted or change-of-mind products, customers may request a return within:

7 days from the date the order is received.

To qualify for an unwanted-product return, the product must meet the requirements stated in our Refund & Return Policy, including being returned with its original packaging.

For a return where:

  • The product is not defective;

  • The product is not damaged;

  • GGSTORE supplied the correct product; and

  • The customer simply no longer wants it;

the customer is responsible for the applicable return delivery or collection charges.

Original delivery charges may also be non-refundable where applicable.

26. Original Packaging for Returns

Original packaging is required for change-of-mind returns.

The returned product should include applicable:

  • Packaging;

  • Accessories;

  • Cables;

  • Manuals;

  • Dongles;

  • Adapters;

  • Parts; and

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary under applicable law.

60. No Waiver
